1) Clean and cozy, perfect location, excellent hospitality, homemade limoncello

1) Bathroom outside room, complicated app access

The location was exceptionally nice, very close to the city center, and a train station and a large shopping mall, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. We had a contemporary deluxe queen room with a comfortable bed...

The highlight was the fine food. It was in a nice location walking distance to restaurants and pizza restaurants. The place was short walk from Piccolo Continente, where you can have dinner.

Perfect for solo travelers

The attentive host made everything smooth from start to finish, they even let me check in earlier which was a nice touch during my tight schedule. The location being just one train stop away from the airport was a lifesaver and the nearby shopping mall made it super convenient for late-night snacks.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I found it still acceptable for what I got.

The place is super close to the train for the airport, just a minute away! We got a nice welcome drink and there were snacks and coffee in our room. Communication was easy with the host through WhatsApp. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

This guesthouse offers an unbeatable location, just one train stop from the airport. The owner communicated efficiently via WhatsApp. Complimentary drinks were a good touch, and the room was cozy and clean. Perfect for a quick layover, I'd gladly return for another stay.

Homemade limoncello as a cute touch was good.

The check-in process was overly complicated and frustrating. I found myself struggling to use the app to access my room. The breakfast options were quite limited, consisting mainly of dry bread and packaged snacks that didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel stay.

The snacks provided in the room were quite a nice touch, ranging from supermarket snacks to cereals, made for decent late-night munching.

Multiple units share a public living space, which wasn't made clear prior, and it significantly limited privacy. The fridge had a disturbing noise at night that was hard to ignore. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable mould, and the shower area felt tightly cramped. Lastly, with external bathrooms and the walls being thin, it's easy to hear neighbors, impacting overall comfort.

The bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure! I loved hanging out by the pool and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding. Just wish the parking could've been a bit closer. Would definitely recommend trying out the relaxation spots 🌞

The apartment was surprisingly spacious and allowed for a comfortable stay, with easy access to the train for a quick ride to the airport or into Rome. Snacks, coffee, and homemade desserts provided by the host were a good touch. There were issues with the app used for room entry, which required extra effort to resolve. Some of the amenities felt a bit lacking for an extended stay, and the surrounding area was a bit noisy at times.

Leonardo Rome Holidays was great with its excellent communication and spacious accommodations for our party of 7. Its proximity to the airport is a significant advantage, as we only had a short time between travels. The owner was very responsive, providing clear directions for our arrival and offering good homemade limoncello as a welcome touch.

It was just a smart choice for a fleeting pause in Fiumicino with attractive and competitive value for money. The host was very accommodating, providing clear instructions for check-in and assistance when the electronic key didn't work. Make sure to check the amenities before your stay.

Enjoyed the room, especially the big bathroom. the bed was comfy too. Great location, being so close to both the train station and the airport 🚂✈️.
